The Digital Underwater Photographer course gets you going quickly, whether you use a point-and-shoot camera or a sophisticated dSLR like the pros. The academics are done via PADI’s eLearning, included in the cost of the course. The link will be sent to you via email shortly after you register. Since the email comes directly from PADI, please check your junk inbox if you do not receive it.
Within the eLearning are the digital liability and medical releases, please make sure to fill out the digital forms PRIOR to the date of your course. If you answer YES to any of the questions on the medical form, you will need a doctor's signature to participate in the class.

Through hands-on training during two scuba dives and guidance, you’ll discover:
- How to choose the right underwater camera system for you.
- The SEA (Shoot, Examine, Adjust) method for getting great shots quickly.
- Principles for good composition of underwater images.
- Practical techniques to take great photos with your digital camera.
**Cameras are provided for the class**
Prerequisites:
- Must be at least 10 years old.
- Open Water certification.
